The basic individual package includes a Will, Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive for one person with straightforward estate-planning needs. Complex matters are quoted separately. Eligibility, scope and additional charges will be confirmed in your written retainer agreement.
A one-hour consultation is $200 including GST, or $300 including GST for a same-week appointment, subject to availability. If you retain me to prepare your Will, Power of Attorney or Health Care Directive, this payment is credited toward your final service price.
Document and estate-service fees are plus GST (5%) and PST (7%). Disbursements are additional where applicable. Consultation prices include GST, with no additional tax charged.
